1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of PullingEight, Inc., as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
2. Raffle Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about January 1, 2021, and ending February 13, 2021. All online entries must be received by February 13, 2021, 11:59PM EST.
3. How to Enter: The Raffle must be entered by submitting an entry using the online Raffle site. The entry must fulfill all Raffle requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of PullingEight, Inc. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of PullingEight, Inc.
4. Excluded States: Residents from the following states are not permitted to participate in raffles. Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kansas, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Washington, and Utah.
5. Requirements Prior to Release of Funds for Rental Payment: 

• Government-issued photo ID for tenant
• Government-issued photo ID for landlord 
• Tenant phone number
• Landlord phone number
• A copy of the tenant’s rental lease
• Landlord's name, mailing address, and phone number and email address
• Proof of ownership of rental property by the landlord, i.e. title or deed
• Completed W-9 signed by the landlord
• All information to be provided on or before March 1, 2021; late and/or incomplete information may cause payment delays.

6. Payments: All monetary winnings are paid out directly to the merchant and/or organization on behalf of the winner. Winners may select merchants and/or organizations of their choice when applicable. For example, rental payment(s) will be provided directly to the landlord or property management until winning funds have been completely depleted on behalf of the tenant.

7. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless PullingEight, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Raffle and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

8. Disputes: THIS RAFFLE IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF MALDEN, MASSACHUSETTS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Raffle, the participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Raffle shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Malden, Massachusetts having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Raffle), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

9. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the PullingEight, Inc. To read the Privacy Policy, please go under the Privacy Policy tab.

10. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: PullingEight, Inc. P.O. Box 564, Malden, MA 02148. Requests must be received no later than June 28, 2021.

11. Proceeds from this raffle will be used towards: 

• • Member assistance
  • PullingEight, Inc. operating expenses
  • Tutoring funding for homeless and Department of Children and Family Services
  • Food Banks

12. All entries are final. No refunds will be granted.

Sponsor Bonus for Donations: (Homeowners & Others) 

In addition to the co-sponsorship, Flow Design - Architecture is offering a 10% discount towards a kitchen or bathroom architectural design plan to anyone who donates $5.00 to PullingEight, Inc. on or before February 13, 2021. The 10% discount is valid until December 31, 2021. Proof of donation must be provided to redeem 10% discount. Cities and towns outside of selective service areas may be taken into consideration subject to Flow Design - Architecture's approval.
